How to Request HubSpot Work: The RevOps Request Form
If you need something built, changed, or fixed in HubSpot, this is the form to use: RevOps Request.
It's a single-form intake ("1 request, 1 form") that goes straight to RevOps as a tracked ticket — no more Slack DMs that get lost or emails that sit unanswered. Filling it out completely up front means less back-and-forth and a faster turnaround.
What you'll need to answer:
Request title – A short description of the outcome you need (e.g., "Add a dashboard to compare Hunter routing thresholds").
Your Name – So RevOps knows who to follow up with.
When do you need this? – The timing the business needs, not a committed delivery date — RevOps will confirm feasibility separately.
What is driving this deadline? – Context like a leadership meeting, commission close, customer commitment, or launch date. This helps RevOps prioritize accurately.
What benefit do you expect? – Select all that apply, so RevOps can weigh the business value.
What do you need? – The actual output you're looking for. Be specific, and include examples, screenshots, links, or existing reports if you have them (markdown supported).
Does this request depend on specific business or calculation logic? – Flag "Yes" if it touches specific definitions, calculations, filters, inclusion/exclusion rules, routing rules, or exceptions — this changes how RevOps scopes the work.
Attachment – Optional, but useful for mockups or reference material.
Tip: The more detail you give in "What do you need?" and "What is driving this deadline?", the less likely RevOps will have to circle back with clarifying questions before starting.
